The New Hampshire Incentive Grant Program is open to residents of New Hampshire who are either United States citizens or permanent residents. The student must have been accepted into or currently enrolled on a full-time or part-time basis in an eligible postsecondary college, university or technical institution in the state of New Hampshire. This grant program can also be used at these aforementioned postsecondary institutions by New Hampshire residents who decide to attend colleges or universities in Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts or Vermont.
Those who wish to apply for this grant program must be able to demonstrate both an academic need as well as a financial need. Applicants must also maintain a GPA of at least 2.0 or higher. The stipends that come from this grant range from $125 to $1,000 annually.
